About Direct Contracting
Beginning as Terry Powell Roadwork Consultant in 1999, Direct Contracting was established in 2006 from a small, yet successful civil construction business to the larger company it is today.
Direct Contracting is a Jurien Bay-based company that provides developers, industry, and individuals across Western Australia with a professional alternative for the construction and management of subdivisions, rural and residential roads, driveways, and associated earthworks.
Direct Contracting offers many other services, including the supply of quality limestone, sand, and gravel.
Combined, the directors of Direct Contracting offer more than 55years of civil construction experience, ranging from small one-off projects to large, multi-stage land development projects.
Accreditations
Direct Contracting is dedicated to obtaining any necessary accreditations or on-site training needed for potential projects. Direct Contracting have previously attained accreditation with clients such as Landcorp, Dept of Environment and Conservation, Western Power, Tiwest Joint Venture, Westnet Energy, Outback Power, Theiss Services, BGC Construction, Water Corporation, and Transfield.
